How can I place an order?

You can place your order directly through our website. Select the products you love, add them to cart and follow the secure payment steps. Or you can contact us by private messages on Instagram.

What are the payment options available?

We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, OXXO deposit, bank transfers and other secure payment methods available on our site.

How long will it take to get my order?

Because all our pieces are made by hand and following the processes of Mexican jewelry tradition, the manufacturing time of the pieces is a maximum of 5 business days for all our products and 10-15 for personalized pieces. Additionally, the courier service will usually take less than 48 business hours for your delivery in CDMX and the Metropolitan Area and up to 72 business hours to any part of the Mexican Republic where DHL/Fedex has coverage.

Do you make international shipments?

Yes, we ship internationally. Be sure to check availability and shipping costs at the time of purchase.

Can I make changes or returns?

Yes, we offer exchange options. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return items within 10 days only if they are returned in optimal condition. In this case the shipping is at the customer's expense.

Do you offer customization options?
